
The director of the UHI Archaeology Institute is in Germany this week to take part in an international workshop focusing on the future of cultural heritage.
Professor Jane Downes is one of the invited experts at the CHARTER (European Cultural Heritage Skills Alliance) “think tank” in Berlin.
She will be discussing the challenges of climate change, their impact on cultural heritage and the implications for the future.
The CHARTER event takes place in Berlin’s Museum of Communication on Tuesday, September 12.
