We’re hosting an open day on Sunday afternoon, August 10, and looking forward to welcoming visitors to the excavation site.
In addition, Professor Ingrid Mainland and pollen specialist Robert Craigie will be at the Sanday Heritage Centre from 2pm until 4pm, talking about the landscapes and farming around Stove and Catasand in prehistory.
The 2025 excavation ends next Friday, August 15, and at 7.30pm that evening there will be a talk in the Sanday school. All welcome. Come along and get the latest updates.
