Join artist Kirsty Russell and archaeologist Dan Lee to explore marine energy sites and stories in Fittie, on Saturday, October 3, for a TRANSECTS creative walking event.
The short walk will explore the sights, sounds, places and traces of energy past and present, focusing on whale oil, oil and gas and renewables with some creative activities. Former whale oil boiling yards, oil and gas industry services and offshore renewables have all made their mark.
