The next in our series of online seminars takes place next Friday afternoon, September 26.

In Creating a Foundation: Experimental archaeology – an ocean away from the source material, Dr Reid Weber, from the University of Central Oklahoma, will outline the experimental archaeology work of the university’s Medieval Society, a student organisation of which he is the faculty co-sponsor.

Through this organisation, Dr Weber and the students conduct historical research, experimental archaeology, living history, and public outreach. He also re-enacts and does educational talks in schools on both the Early Middle Ages and the American Civil War.

The seminar, from 4-5pm, will be delivered via Microsoft Teams, click here to join.
