A film by MA Contemporary Art and Archaeology graduate Lucy Carr-McClave will be premiered in Kirkwall on Thursday evening.
During 2024’s final season of major excavation at the Ness of Brodgar, Lucy was on site capturing elements of the dig. After going through hours of recorded footage, she created a poignant record of the project – as seen through the eyes of some of the many people involved.
The free event is on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at the Orkney Theatre, Kirkwall, from 6.45pm. There is no need to book – just turn up on the night.
