Dr Sarah Jane Gibbon is one of the guests on the next episode of the television programme Scotland’s Sacred Islands with Ben Fogle.
Entitled Isles of the Wind – Orkney, the episode will see Sarah Jane talk to Ben Fogle about one of her research areas – the cult of Saint Magnus in Orkney – and how it formed the basis of the creation of the St Magnus Way pilgrimage route.
The programme is broadcast on BBC Scotland at 8pm on Tuesday, October 31, and repeated on BBC One on Sunday, November 5, at 10.30am.
