The UHI is hosting a free online event in March to give an insightful look at what it’s like to be a UHI Humanities or Applied Social Science degree student.

Archaeology is one of the subjects that falls under the “humanities” umbrella, others including geography, history, literature, philosophy and politics.

The agenda will include:

  • Theological Studies
  • Welcome and Introduction to the UHI Humanities
  • Why UHI and what makes us a special place to learn with
  • How you learn at UHI
  • Detailed overview of our subjects:
  • Archaeology
  • Criminology/Sociology
  • Culture and Heritage
  • Geography/Sustainable Development
  • History/Scottish History
  • Literature
  • Philosophy/PPE (Philosophy, Politics and Economics)
  • Politics/Social Sciences
