The third and final article in the Archaeology of Scotland’s Natural Larder series is now available on the Dig It! website.
The series was written by UHI Archaeology Institute PhD graduates and students. The latest, by Dr Magdalena Blanz, looks at seaweed and its use in Scotland throughout history and prehistory and can be read here.
It follows articles by Holly Young on shellfish and Kath Page on red deer.
